About

This one's personal.

Hieco Partners exists because the expertise that helps large organizations scale, systemize, and use technology to their advantage has never found its way down to the businesses that need it most — founder-led SMBs.

Why I Built Hieco Partners

Built on what I watched,
learned, and couldn't forget.

I grew up watching my family run their business. I saw what it took — the early mornings, the hard calls, the weight of keeping something alive that meant everything to them. What I also saw was how much harder it was without the right support around them. Not advisors. Operators. People who understood the business and could actually help run it.

I spent the next 15+ years building that kind of expertise inside some of the most demanding environments in professional services — leading technology implementations, building practices from the ground up, running P&Ls, and coaching leaders through decisions that had real consequences. I learned what it means to be accountable to outcomes, not just deliverables.

"The founders who succeed aren't always the ones with the best ideas. They're the ones who figure out how to build the right team around them."

Hieco Partners is my answer to the gap I kept seeing: founder-led businesses with real potential, but without access to the operational depth that could unlock it. We're not here to tell you what to do. We're here to get in and help you do it — using AI where it genuinely helps, and operator experience where it matters most.

The name Hieco carries personal significance to me. It's a reminder of where this started and what it's for.

The principles that
guide every engagement.

01

Operators, not advisors

We don't hand you a strategy and leave. We step into the work alongside your team and stay until the change has stuck.

02

AI should earn its place

We don't implement AI because it's trendy. We implement it where it creates real, measurable impact — and skip it where it doesn't.

03

SMBs deserve enterprise thinking

The frameworks, systems, and approaches that help large organizations scale — founder-led businesses deserve access to those too.

04

Founders shouldn't figure it out alone

Running a business is hard enough. You shouldn't also have to be the expert on AI, operations, and succession planning at the same time.

05

Execution beats planning

The best strategy means nothing without implementation. We're built for the messy, human work of actually getting things done.

06

The work should outlast us

Every engagement is designed to leave your business more capable than it was before we arrived — not dependent on us to keep running.
