Hieco is a name with history. My late father founded it nearly 40 years ago — building a trading business from the ground up that spanned five countries and employed close to 50 people. I grew up watching him operate, negotiate, and lead — and it gave me a firsthand education in what it takes to build something real.
That experience put me on a path into technology and strategy consulting, where I spent 15 years working with some of the world’s largest organizations. I learned how enterprise businesses scale, how they systemize, how they use technology to create operational independence — and I saw how rarely that expertise made its way down to the businesses that need it most.
But I never stopped thinking about the businesses I grew up around. The ones built by founders, not boards. The ones where every decision matters because there’s no safety net. I started Hieco Partners to bring everything I learned in the enterprise world back to where it started — the SMB community. It’s a reimagining of my father’s brand for a new era, built for the way business runs today. Today’s founders have access to AI and technology my father never had. I help them use it.
